« Location is the best asset. Bedroom was fine but very little character and located on the ground floor we could hear some AC noise right outside our window with no view. Breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choice and service was mainly done by youngsters on training trying their very best. Worst experience was dinner especially puddings. We complained and after talking to manager and cook, it was taken off our bill. »

« My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cannon room is beautiful with a stunning bathroom which housed a large roll top bath and double shower. The his and hers sinks were well appointed and stylish. The mattress was too soft for our liking however this is a matter of opinion and others may like it. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant at the hotel and were impressed with the presentation and service. The staff were very professional, polite and helpful and made us feel welcomed...

"Hôtel idéalement placé pour rejoindre le terminal Horizon. L’hôtel se trouve a pied à 5min de la gare de Southampton et 10min du terminal Horizon. Accueil rapide. Chambre propre et très spacieuse. Lit très bien. + Produits Rituals dans la salle de bain / canette d’eau offerte. Jolie vue sur les bateaux de croisières à la fin du couloir. Petit déjeuner choix varié et très bon. "
