"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "

"Arrived late and struggled to get in as they had given us the wrong code and wrong room. After phoning them they also gave another wrong code and room. Finally got in after 3 attempts! Other than that, the hotel was lovely modern and fresh, good value as well. Would recommend. "

"Séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel vieillissant très mal insonorisé. A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver. "Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "

"Everything absolutely brilliant. Staff helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. All areas of the hotel super clean and well appointed. Our room had real wow factor on arrival and maids maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast excellent and prices in the lovely bar good. Overall great stay and would be the only hotel we’d use if we come back again. "

"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "
