"I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly and lovely, including the restaurant staff. The food at the restaurant was amazing (albeit a bit pricey). The room was clean and cozy, the airport shuttle was prompt and also friendly. No complaints at all!"

"The check-in procedure needs to be improved. Only two receptionists for many coming guests have not been enough and we all had to wait for such a long time. Toilet cover should be changed - this one was too old and used. The location of the hotel is gorgeous!"

"Fantastic location, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Only one note: there is no night stand in the room, it would be nice to have a night stand with a drawer to put glasses or phone on. But it was still a nice stay for us."
