The staff was unsympathetic with my frustration (it was midnight) and advised me next time not to book through a third party. I asked for Hilton's central phone number; the staff ignored my request. The room we eventually got was fine -- spacious, clean and well-lit -- but the price was over $300. Parking was available in an adjacent building, but also more expensive than I would have expected."

I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. "
