"The only bummer is that we weren't able to get a late check out on a Sunday or early check in on Saturday after it was offered as a special add on price. (I have gotten late check out no problem prior) I love staying here and mostly exclusively stay here when I come to Stowe to visit family. I love the added extras they are marketing but it only works if they can actually follow through with it."

"This place is a treasure!! Historic, spotlessly clean, on the river. So charming!! Such a cool experience. We loved it! We were on a bicycle tour in northern VT and the location worked out perfect for us. If you are on bicycle from the Lamoille Trail - shop for groceries in Hardwick if you are coming from the west. We came via Hardwick St and stopped in at Wilson Farms and picked up organic chicken, vegetables and greens for dinner. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Don't pass on this stay - it's special!"
