"Adult groups gathered for commencement at SDSU. The house was as listed and shown. We had a great time and the house was spacious. Only issue was the bathroom knobs sometimes don’t engage and that could be fun getting out of the bathroom."

"We have stayed at many different homes in various locations and this one definitely stands out as one of the best! The home is a resort in itself. The house is very large and very comfortably fit our large extended family of 12 with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a dream! The kids enjoyed the pool, water slide, playground and arcade room. The home was well equipped for families on vacation. Host was extremely communicative and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back...

"We loved our stay! Our hosts comunicated very well and respected our privacy (my family and I mostly keep to ourselves). The Safari Cabin was super clean and organized and was extremely well stocked with anything you might need and more! The master bed was like sleeping on a cloud so very comfortable. My 9 year old daughter slept like a log on the fold out couch and told me she never wants to stay in a hotel again. Check in and check out was very easy and we will be staying at Sandy's the next...

"A total of 15 family members celebrated my Mother's 80th birthday at Thyme in the Pines. The age range was 12 to 80 and there were plenty of activities on the property to entertain the entire group. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. The decore is festive and added to the warm ombience. The first afternoon the house was chilly but Avery responded quickly and adjusted the thermostat and we were comfortable the rest of our stay. It was a magical time!"

"It really does look like the pictures in the listing! My family of 6 spent spring break here and had such a fun time with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub can be heated on request, but our kids swam without it. Weather this week was low 50’s to upper 60’s, but we still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. TVs and remotes. I’m not sure if the remotes got mixed up but we could only get a few tvs to work with remotes. Even bought new batteries. I might suggest labeling the remote and tv and Velcro...

"This was a great property. The back yard is perfect- just like the pictures. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 kids and 5 adults. It is about 15-20 minutes to San Diego. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to travel to this area. It was a great stay! Host was great and very responsive!"

"Sybil was amazingly responsive. Due to the inclement weather, my trip was canceled at the last minute. Sybil understood completely and was kind enough to refund me, even though I was very late. It looks like an exciting property, and I look forward to staying there next time I'm in San Diego!"

We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the great amenities available especially the swimming pool, tennis court, gym and pool table. Thanks so much for all the help with questions and the warm welcome. Our only regret is we didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful grill area ... we grilled briefly but didn't realize what a great setup was down there as well!"

"This property was ideal for our military graduation. We had a few minor issues in which the property manager dealt with right away. It would be nice if the property had a guide book on how things worked around the place. It took us a few days to get things like the spa tirned on and movie projector hooked up."

"Beautiful home! Very spacious. Great for big families the house has so many beds. Not to mention the pool the kids loved it. The views are amazing, I enjoyed watching the sunset.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely will be booking again. The area is prefect very private and peaceful."
