"The tub was clogged and we couldn't shower and had to kill a cockroach in the middle of the night. We couldn't change rooms because they were sold out. Breakfast the next morning was lacking, no yogurt or waffles and mostly bread ends were left."

"My family and I stayed for 3 nights. We got there and got assigned a room with 1 bed no refrigerator which I originally requested and paid for. I called front office and Lauren moved us to another room without a refrigerator and not accommodating for my elderly mother which I requested when I booked room. She said they would bring refrigerator over and never did. The room was clean but couldn’t sleep because there was a lot of activity outside and the smell of marijuana was very strong inside and outside when you walked out the room. Wasn’t a great stay and I will not be staying here again. Bad customer service and rooms need repair. "

"This hotel was inaccurate from the description and amenities. Upon arrival the room that was supposed to have 1 king bed, 1 queen and bunk beds was only bunk beds and 1 king bed. It did not sleep the number of people that was described on the website. This said a hot continental breakfast, this was not that it only had waffles. "

"Very nice sized room with double queen beds. We slept comfortably every night. Lots of pillows to use. Great sized desk and chair with another comfy, chair and small table. Nice to have a microwave and small fridge with a little freezer compartment. We put a cup of ice cream in and it melted slightly by the next day. Nice countertop and dresser with a ledge to put extra things on. The bathroom was spacious with a nice Rain shower head. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of protein choices, cereal, variety of waffles, breads, pancakes, bagels sweet breads, with fruits, juices, yogurt, and cow and oat milks, tea and coffees. The staff was excellent and very informed about the area. The trolley light rail was within a mile of the hotel. You can buy a Pronto card for $2, and for$6 more buy an all day pass to ride trolley/ light rail and buses all over San Diego. Very nice touch with an outdoor pool and hot tub."
