« I am rooting for these guys! It’s a beautiful place and we loved staying in Oban away from the tacky ocean front area spots. We loved the views and the grounds and the library with the assortment of whiskeys. Here is a photo of some highlights! The library and the peacock and the views. Looks like a castle. »

« Arbour Guesthouse is a simple place but it's clean and it's a good value (considering that accomodations in Oban are a bit pricy). We regretted though that the "double bed" was only 120 cm and not properly advertised as sub-standard. It would be nice as well to have good curtains (blackout and down to the floor) as up north the sun rises very early in summer. »

« We had the family room, situated at the front overlooking the bay of Connel and the highland hills in the background. We had summer weather, what helpt making it fantastic. It's a fine B&B, caring owners of an old building that's well maintained. The frond road can be busy during the day, we had all 3 windows open all night and it was quiet, we had a good sleep. The bathroom is amazing. If we drive up to Scotland we will again considering stopping over maybe for an extra night to visit also the...
