« When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing! »

« I stayed from 5/2 to 5/9. I stayed in room #312 from 5/2 until 5/7, room #322 from 5/7 to 5/8, and room #420 from 5/8 to 5/9. My daughter plays tennis and I check out of the hotel when she plays and if she wins, then I check in back into the hotel whereas if she loses, we head back home. That's why I stayed in 3 different rooms. On 5/9 early pm, the hotel emailed me about a $950 incidental charge due to TV and carpet damages in room #312.
