« The hostess Shy has a great little RV with everything you could want for a great glamping stay. Running hot water and power always available through an impressive off-grid setup that she was happy to show us as my wife and I also live the off-grid lifestyle and it was cool to learn how other Alaskans make it work. Once we got the key, the directions told us to go up the stairs… there were two sets of stairs and we chose the wrong one, resulting in us trying to “break in” to someone else’s apartment. We figured it out pretty quickly. The property really needs some updating but it was fine to sleep in for a few hours before continuing our trip. »

« The heating system did not stop and there was no cooling inside the cabin. If the weather goes above 20degrees celsius, then prepare for being stuck inside a heat chamber. Couple of windows did not have the net and the area having mosquitos, it was impossible to open those windows. The windows which has nets in them did not assist in cross ventilation too. »

« We stayed at this cute very clean cabin one night on our way to Denali. It was near the main road. Having a washer and dryer and stocked clean kitchen was a plus. A negative might be that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. However, the stairs are easy to navigate with plenty of railing. In the living room a couch transforms into a bed. It looked comfortable and is by the bathroom. »
