"The neighborhood was nice and the house was a cute house, but there were a lot of bug in the house and the house was dirty. The kitchen was also very dirty and the dishes were in the cabinet dirty. "

"Host was easy to work with and very responsive. House had ample space with TV’s in each room and the living kitchen was great for a larger group. Master bed was on the firmer side and there were a number of unfinished or “in progress” projects like floor trim etc but didn’t impact the use of the home. "

"We had a great time in Katy TX. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. Host was easy to communicate with. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but tolerable for the 3 nights that we spent in the house."

"The decor, cleanliness, and layout of the place were perfect! The house was pristine and my family and I had a blast during our stay. The pool and spa were amazing and the text feature was pretty neat to use. Our only request for the future is that the house be more well equipped with kitchen-ware, towels, and other necessities which would make cooking and using amenities easier and more enjoyable. Either way, this place was perfect for my two kids, wife and I. We will be using this host again if we are in the area. "

"Our stay was terrible. The cold water and gas didn’t work the entire time, and there were hundreds of ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The listing is misleading because it’s actually three bedrooms, not four. The host left an expensive bag in the master closet and later accused us of stealing it along with a PS5 that was locked in a case. There were locked rooms in the house where valuables could have been kept safely.We also received repeated messages about noise complaints even though nearby neighbors were throwing a loud party until 4 AM. The host contacted me directly by phone instead of through Vrbo, and the property is under an HOA that doesn’t allow short-term rentals. They even told us to tell neighbors we were family visiting.Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. Do not book this host unless you want to risk being scammed."
