« I told the front desk I was having surgery that is why I was there for 7 days. They put me on the first floor where the lobby bar is and across the hall from the staff back office. The door opens and slams closed 50 times a day. The staff are also incredibly loud. I had to keep my blackout shade down because people walk by my window which is like a motel. The air conditioner does not work and when on is so loud and then shuts off, restarting with a boom. Worst stay and what a dump. Looks nice...

« The breakfast was very disappointing. The food quality was very poor and the dining tables were not very clean. It was basically inedible. The restaurant/bar was also disappointing. They did not have much of a drink selection and the restaurant was always empty. »

Our room had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and sink, which made the stay especially comfortable for a longer trip. The location was excellent as well, with easy access to the Dallas area's main attractions, restaurants, and highways. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay. »

« Breakfast buffet on weekends so we didn’t do that. But the room and pool and hot tub were nice. Parking garbage road is tight if you go up. »
