Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hôtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mériterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement. »

« The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room. When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not...

« Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « Ideal room for a couples nights in the centre of town. Had everything we needed. Only downfall was the shower and cooker. Shower pressure and temperature wasn’t good. Kept going from scolding hot to freezing cold with very little pressure. The cooker control knobs did not work properly and at one point wouldn’t turn off (very dangerous) so we had to unplug from the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. »

« I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to...

« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."

Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hôtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mériterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement."
