Dutton Family Theater

Room was very clean, amenities were useful, and staff greeted us nicely! Would definitely recommend :)

Traveling with kiddos after a long trip, everyone was already exhausted, so the 30–40 minute wait to hear back from the front desk about whether our room was ready was a little difficult. The front desk was also short-staffed, so I understand they were doing their best. The room itself was very spacious, but definitely older and could use some updating. We enjoyed having a jacuzzi in the room, but unfortunately, it didn’t work very well. The plug to keep the water in didn’t work properly, and the jacuzzi bubbles kept turning off. We also found some trash left behind from previous guests in the jacuzzi area, which was disappointing.

A very dated and shabby looking hotel. Dark old rooms with old furniture from the 70s. Dirty balconies with insects and spider webs everywhere. Laundry room had 1 damaged washer and 1 broken down dryer. Carpets smelt bad.In-room safes don't work. Not worth the prices they're asking for. Staff is aware of the problems, helpful and very kind. Views from the lake are nice. Hotel needs a total revamping.
