Golden Mile beaches invite morning surfers while afternoon visitors explore the vibrant Victoria Street Market for spices and crafts. Catch a Sharks rugby match at Kings Park Stadium, then head to uShaka Marine World for close encounters with ocean life.
We found the service industry in South Africa to be one of the best of any place we have traveled and the hotel and staff did not disappoint. We were very pleased with everything. The Beach view was a bonus

Kudos to all the front reception staff. A special thanks to Sphiwe for getting us into a comfortable suite. Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. We truly felt comfortable just like being back home. Keep up the good work.

The building used to be an apartment complex but it has been renovated and refreshed. You have to look for the signs of age. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the Hotwl was right on the beach with good access to the airport and shopping. Ushaka Village is a decent walk down the beach but after a sumptuously delicious breakfast I needed the walk. No complaints my expectations were met and surpassed.
