Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and very close to the train. The room was very nice. However the bathrooms are very small. The breakfast was good and they had delicious popcorn and cookies in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is conveniently located near FLC without having to go through town. There are retailers nearby to stock up a students dorm room and still only a quick drive or bike to downtown. Popcorn and cookies near the reception and a decent quick breakfast with a polite and helpful staff. Great affordable option for a trip to Durango.

This property was so clean and the staff (Doug) was so accommodating. Out of our 10 day trip this was the best hotel we stayed at. They recommended restaurants for us as well as treated us like they cared. Breakfast was very good and parking was free. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great. A good location if flying in and renting a car. We drove all over the region for a few days and this was a good landing spot at night. Close to a Walmart if you need things you have forgotten to pack.
