The space is very well utilized with plenty of natural light and convenient plug outlets. The bed was very comfortable and the bath/shower were excellent. If you are looking for cookie sheet or a baking pan check the oven or warming drawer. We looked and looked and finally stumbled upon them. They did need to be washed. Also be aware of events in the park across the street with music. We experienced that but the music stopped at a reasonable hour so did not bother our sleep at night. The location is great for convenience to explore restaurants and shops along Main Street. Very walkable. The parking is convenient but rather tight if you have a larger SUV. It was a convenient spot for downtown restaurants, galleries and the Durango to Silverton railway. And it gave us a quiet space to decompress after sightseeing. ##### Terri T. Needed some assistance during check in and he was very responsive. Fantastic location. Walked everywhere in town. Very charming studio apartment. The location is just a block up from the appealing downtown area. Very convenient to walk to breakfast or dinner or shopping - you name it! We loved the apartment which is in a very historic building- the interior space is cleverly designed. It’s a nice mix of modern and historic, and done so very artistically. Lots of great artwork adorns the space- Very clean. There is nice outside courtyard to enjoy sunshine. Very quiet. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Liz M.
