  • The Stonehouse Studio is located in an historic stone building a half block off of Main Avenue in downtown Durango. You can walk to all the shops, restaurants, galleries and bars in minutes from this centrally located apartment. A king size bed, clawfoot tub and shower, and well equipped kitchen provide you with the comforts and conveniences of home. Close to mountain biking, hiking, the river and the Durango Silverton Narrow gauge railway. This property puts you close to everything Durango has to offer. What a gem! This apartment has everything you need for a stay in Durango. Great location, lovely outdoor space, and a comfortable and stylish interior. Perfect for my solo stay but would be great for two folks too. George was communicative and does a fantastic job with his property. Highly recommend!

Perfect downtown spot

We had a lovely stay at this cozy, art-filled studio. It was a convenient spot for downtown restaurants, galleries and the Durango to Silverton railway. And it gave us a quiet space to decompress after sightseeing.

This is a great location for visiting the area. Walk to breakfast and dinner downtown, everything is close. We visit the area annually and will definitely stay again.

The Perfect Spot

This cozy location is the perfect spot - downtown, restaurants, shopping, park and more are all just a short walk away. The property manager is very friendly, responsive and always willing to help even if it's just recommending local sites to see.

Can I live here???

Amazing property! Great location downtown. We loved hearing the train and seeing it from a few locations. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied for those that like to cook. Great art work and books. BYO TV. Can’t wait to go back!

Cute getaway

My husband and I love to visit downtown Durango every year. This small getaway was perfect with a full kitchen and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The location couldn't have been better for us.
