Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is clean, tasteful modern updates and just minutes to downtown Durango. Making this condo unique in the Ferringway complex is the minimal number of stairs leading up to the front door (only 9), the condo is all on one level, and it has a second private deck. Complex has pool and hot tub and it is close to hiking, golf, restaurants, the train, and the college. Enjoy the fireplace, large functional kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms.
