A few stairs lead up to this condo’s front entry door. High ceilings and massive windows offer majestic views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Gas fireplace, washer/dryer in the condo. Huge TV’s located in the living room and both bedrooms. Floor plan of condo can be viewed in the photo section. Quiet community. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps. Our 2-bedroom (huge bedrooms), 3-bathroom fully remodeled condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless-steel appliances, large living area with high ceilings and custom gas fireplace, private decks with amazing views of the golf course and mountains. If you're used to the best of the best, this condo will impress you. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning!
