Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom 2 bath Ski In Ski Out Condo located in the heart of the main plaza at Purgatory Ski Resort. This well appointed condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Your retreat is loaded with opportunities for relaxation. There is a hot tub, dry sauna, and wet sauna on the rooftop of the building for your use at no extra charge. Curl up with a good book next to the wood burning fireplace, or simply enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the snow capped San Juan Mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for preparing meals. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Firewood are also included. The condo residence offering great views of both the mountains and the ski slopes and is located on a single level on the 4th floor with elevator access. There is a beautiful walkout deck to enjoy the amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities - downhill skiing, cross country skiing, fishing, mountain bike riding, SUP rentals, and all the extensive summertime activities at the resort. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed (TV and En suite bath) 2nd Bedroom - Queen over Queen Bunk (Private full bath) Admit it, wouldn't you rather be here? For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. We can accommodate 1 vehicle at this condo. Additional parking is available in general parking at the resort. NO Smoking anywhere on the premises. Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking. Note: This home does not have Air Conditioning. Most homes do come equipped with box and ceiling fans. A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Owners were responsive and clean property walking distance to everything we needed at purgatory! We did pay the extra fee for the hottub/pool that was worth it. Seems to be confusion on who is responsible for what, front desk pointed fingers at the management company and vice versa. Property Management finally stepped in and provided some updates. Finally received WiFi on the 3rd day on our stay and unfortunately it only worked for me. No one else could connect. Huge burden for us especially in this age of remote work. Seems like everything in this property was an after thought - no fans despite the lack of AC, dishwasher was caked in some residue which was being left on dishes, carpet had many stains, showers drains were backing up, and the outdoor patio was inhabitable due to lack of cleanliness. ##### Kristina S.
