It is an end unit with a with a fenced in yard. This incredible home comes equipped with a private sauna, radiant in-floor heat, a washer and dryer, gas grill on the back patio, and 2 designated parking spots. Located just 12 miles north of downtown Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. It is the perfect location for anyone looking to enjoy carving the slopes of Purgatory, enjoying all that Downtown Durango has to offer, and unparalleled access to the San Juan Forest. Enjoy delicious food from one of the best restaurants in the area, "James Ranch", which is located a quick 2 minute drive from the home. Durango Hot Springs is a speedy 5 minute drive south.
