The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has 2 sets of washers/dryers, high speed WIFI and an attached 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear with an additional parking space in front of the garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the upper ski lot for free. Bed Configuration (All Bedrooms have TVs): Master - King, Gas Fireplace, Deck, (3rd level) 2nd Bedroom - King and Deck (2nd level) 3rd Bedroom - 2 Twins (2nd Level ) 4th Bedroom - Queen (3rd level) Bedroom 5 - Bunk Bed (Double over Double) and Queen Pull Out Sofa and TV (Bottom Floor) Loft - Twin Pull Out Sofa The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. The townhome is not pet friendly - Please do not bring pets. Please note that, like most properties at Purgatory, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). No more early morning hassle trying to get a good parking spot, no more long lines for lunch, everyone was headquartered at the cabin with a relaxed come and go attitude and it provided much more quality family time. House was spacious. Comfortable. Well stocked. Kyle, the property manager was responsive and helpful. The ski in/ski out was excellent- walk right out the back door and a few (small, uphill) steps to the slopes. There is a slight walk (less than 5 minutes) to the ski school, but very easy and manageable. After skiing (and before!), the kids played in the backyard in the snow for hours- sledding, building snowmen, digging holes. The hot tub is in the main lodge, about a 3 minute walk away. I was worried it would be crowded, but we never had a hard time finding space, even with 5 or 6 of us. Would definitely recommend this house and will be staying here again! ##### Kristen D. It was perfect for the number of people we had and for the convenience of ski-in/ski-out. Everyone was able to "do their own thing" and "at their own pace" since they could literally come back to the condo anytime they wanted for lunch or just to rest and relax. The owner even had a Christmas tree set up for us so it was perfect to spend Christmas in and enjoy our gift-giving fun. We also played games in the spacious living area while sharing stories of our day on the slopes.
