« We found ants everywhere, including in the beds. The price of the hotel was alot more expensive than most places. We had a room with 3 beds and that was nice. »

« The hotel rooms could use refurbishing, they are outdated and worn. The location worked well for me while in town. The staff were great and very helpful. I stayed 3 nights and never received an option to have my room cleaned, I had to empty my own garbage. The Brew Brothers restaurant was good. »

« Wonderful hotel, very nice bar tender and wonderful drinks. Especially enjoyed the full old world decor. Only downside was the air system in the room I was in was a little loud as it had a large duct. But I will take heat and cool over sound. »

« The staff needs to wear proper attire, the front desk person was not wearing any under clothing with a white t-shirt, she appeared to just get out of bed. There was a smell of marijuana at the front entrance. »

« They didn't clean our room 3 days in a row. When asked, the front desk clerk said "sorry, we are short staffed so we only clean rooms that were checking out." There is a note in the rooms stating they will clean rooms every other day to conserve natural resources. The fire alarm activated at 3AM due to a malfunction in the pool's mechanical room. The next night the fire alarm activated at 10PM & then again at 11PM, due to the same issue as the previous night... »

« De l'eau entrait par le plafond de la chambre et un employé a eu du mal à nous reloger; cependant, un autre a pu le faire. Il y avait un gros trou dans la literie. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »

« The property was very welcoming to our dog. The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay...

« My daughter had a surgery the following day of our stay. We picked this hotel due to the closeness to the hospital. Staff were nice and the rooms were clean. »

« Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

« When I got into town, I realized that this property has closed permanently. Expedia gave me a terrible time about getting reimbursement. »
