It’s a cozy two-bedroom unit in a great location—close to the city with plenty of parking available. The unit was warm and welcoming when we arrived, and the kitchen, facing the peninsula, offered a stunning daily view. I could see cherry blossom from my bedroom and I missed that very much. which is It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a reliable heat pump with a furnace. Fresh linen and towels, including spare sets, were also provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire stay was superb. We couldn’t have asked for more. It had a lovely ambience, and the hall was already heated for comfort. The entire place was spotless, and the kitchen offered a beautiful view overlooking the peninsula. It was fully equipped for cooking, with the thoughtful addition of spices provided by the host. The home also came with modern conveniences including a TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The cottage grounds are AMAZING-even at the end of fall. The expertly restored cottage was cozy, warm and offered a spectacular view of the harbor & Pacific Ocean from the kitchen picture window. The bedrooms and bath were wonderful to boot. The kitchen is gorgeous and the living room is very comfortable. The location is perfect and minutes away from everything in Dunedin. Our host communicated promptly with us and left a warm welcome message. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at City Cottage! 5 stars accommodations. ##### Dan M. It was very comfortable for 2\. Every room had attention to detail. The view from kitchen window was impressive and it was great to watch the city come alive every morning.
