Now at Eagles nest! You can relax and enjoy a warm water oasis in our new enclosed 6 adult HOT TUB. Sip your beverage while you enjoy the beautiful view of Waneta Lake all year round. This is a comfy cottage situated between Keuka and Seneca Lakes, right next to Waneta Lake (Waterview). Relax in its expansive park like settings , lake activities, quaint villages, wineries and breweries, Skiing, ice fishing.

New enclosed Hot Tub, 2 TV's, shower, lake access, A/C and heat split type ductless system, two built in heaters (bedroom and bathroom), a private covered screened in porch. New open deck overlooking view of Waneta Lake (nice lake view).
For the Kayak enthusiasts you have access to Waneta and Lamoka Lakes. Located at the end of road and also DEC facilities between both lakes.
Dog friendly. Only DOGS allowed. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR DOGS. Dog size does not matter. 3 dog limit. All dogs must be leashed while outside on the property. You are responsible to clean up after your dog at the end of your stay. We provide a vacuum cleaner. (All dogs must be on the floor only. They are not allowed on the beds or furniture including the porch furniture.) Dog cages are allowed if your dogs are left unintended and alone in the cottage, and if they have dog beds, that is ok, (if they usually do not jump on the beds and furniture).
You are located 3 minutes from The Arrowhead Golf Course, a 9 hole golf course.
Great wineries and restaurants nearby. Boat, jet ski, and kayak rentals are 10 min. away.
