Morven House was such a beautiful and quiet stop for us on our travel through Scotland. We had a room with a view of the River and the Carnoustie Golf Course. The property was easy to find and lots of free parking. Lisa, the Owner, greeted us and showed us all around. She made reservations for us at the Golf Club and it was excellent. I cannot express fully how amazing The Townhouse and the proprietors David and Laurent are. Every detail is absolutely perfect. I have never stayed anywhere where I have been so comfortable and felt so well cared for. The Townhouse is a treasure and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Perth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay! Room was nice and clean. Staff were great! Location was calm and beautiful. We took a taxi into st Andrew’s in the evening for drinks which was easy. Breakfast was yummy in the am. Would highly recommend!

This property was beautiful. Surrounded by farm land, with cows, sheep and a deer! Picturesque!! The lady of the house was so kind! Our breakfast was homemade and delicious! Would recommend a stay here!

What a joy and a pleasure to stay three nights at No. 1 Apartments St Mary’s Place! Our 2-bedroom apartment was so spacious and well-appointed. We easily walked to it from the bus station, then enjoyed coming back to it after long walks and golfing. The washer-dryer combo was a real bonus as well. And 2 bathrooms? Such a treat. Beautiful estate down to the River Tay.

It is a very peaceful place to stay. The hostess was extremely helpful and was very attentive to our needs. It is a very organic place to stay so be prepared for natural amenities and fresh homemade food. Breakfast was excellent and we were able to choose our dining time and options. Truly a little gem in the Scottish countryside.

A friend and I stayed here for two nights and we wish it could have been longer. The staff (especially Chloe!) were fabulous, even walked out to our car to help bring in our luggage and up the flight of stairs. The room was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was all new and clean and best of all, the view was AMAZING! The only downfall is the parking - there is no designated parking, just on the street. We never had to park more than a minute or two's walk away...
