« I think that the check-in process is improving, but there is a staff member who parks right in the front driveway in the area where guests would load and unload, which is inconvenient, and the check-in itself is still too slow. The front desk staff seen to not know the process and the computer well.

« This is truly a budget hotel. The grounds around the property were littered with trash so opening the drapes was a big NO. There was barely anything left on the toilet tissue role when we checked in requiring us to ask for a spare roll within the first hour of our stay. There are no extras in the rooms. No kleenex. no hair dryer etc. That said, once we identified what we needed and asked for it, our requests were accomodated. I am sure management is concerned with theft. Sad, but no doubt...
