### Au bonheur du lac, charmant appartement pour 4 personnes

Bienvenue à Duingt!  
  
Appelé la perle du lac, venez découvrir un magnifique petit village lacustre dont la vue spectaculaire n'a d'égal que la gentillesse de ses habitants!  
L'appartement est idéalement situé : le lac est à 150m, location de vélo, bar extérieur, piste cyclable et supérette à 50m!  
Les deux plages de Duingt se trouvent à quelques centaines de mètres.  
  
Le logement est très bien équipé : Wifi haut débit et TV haute définition dans le salon, machine à espresso, appareil à raclette...  
La première chambre est équipée d'un lit double, la deuxième possède deux lits simples.  
Vous pourrez laisser la voiture de côté pendant votre séjour, tout est faisable à pieds ou à vélo!  
Parking commun + place de parking souterraine.  
  
Le linge de maison vous sera gracieusement fourni pour votre séjour.  
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans l’appartement, logement non-fumeur..  
Le logement est situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur.   
  
Les restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied, vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant votre séjour et laisser votre voiture dans le parking de copropriété.  
  
Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.  
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.  
  
Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.  
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.

#### Calm retreat near the lake

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It’s a clean, comfortable space in a quiet condo complex very near the lake. No road noise, which we appreciated. Great balcony, very functional kitchen, conscientious management.
