Mais le service ne vaut pas l'hôtel bien sûr. Isolation des plafonds à revoir, on entendait bien marcher l'occupant du dessus. Petite cuisine bien équipée. Lit confortable. Mais fenêtres impossible à ouvrir. Café et viennoiseries gratuites le matin, mais pas de salle de restaurant à proprement parler. Pour les visites, à 800 m du centre ville. Et la navette Aircoach s'arrête en face.... bien pratique. Accès internet par WiFi. It was clean, friendly, quiet and a good value for the price. One slight problem is findind the hotel. The sign is very discreet. It's on a busy street and took us 2 turns around the block before we spottrd it. There is underground parking (it cost 10 euros a day) which is very handy. The location is ideal. You are a half block from St. Stephen's Park and a 5 minute walk through the park from Grafton street and about 10 minute walk from Trinity College! Remember this is not a regular hotel, so the beds are not made up every day. The towels are not changed. We stayed 2 nights, so maybe after a few days they would change the towels. You have a very nice bedroom (not large) and a living room and kitchen/dinette. This room was huge. Great Hotel! Many of the townhouses are office space. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is coffee in the lobby, and the suites were comfortable and clean. The TV is in the living space, and not in the bedroom, which was fine for us. There is parking available below the hotel for a reasonable fee. The size of the double room was pleasing surprise - it was actually two very nice rooms (bedroom and livingroom with kitchen equipment - fridge, micro, coffeemaker).There was LCD television and intenet connection. Location is good near the Dublin centre. Rooms located on the Leeson Lower street side could be noisy since there is some traffic and windows are thin. Reception service is only available until 9pm, after that you will use pin code for getting in the hotel. No breakfast available (only coffee and some crackers in the lobby, some way like in some U.S. motels). Premier Suites is in a great location with just a 10 minute walk from major tourist attractions and a half a block from St. Stephens Green. Our room had a washer and dryer plus a brand new bathroom. Rooms in the front tend to be a bit noisy due to high traffic. The hotel was right at the air coach bus stop and therefore very convenient and being only 10 minutes from Grafton Street the location was excellent. Other reviews had recommended trying to get a room at the rear which we did but the noise from the street was still loud. The room was tidy and OK but we noticed that some of the the crockery and glasses had been put away dirty and needed washing. There was no washing up liquid or tablets provided for the dishwasher neither was there any thing provided to dry dishes with. The room was quiet and we heard nothing from adjoining rooms until 8am every morning that is when the adjoining offices started to spring into life - very noisy. The bathroom door handle fell off and the WC cistern was faulty. We reported both of these faults but only the door handle was fixed. There was very little wardrobe space only a single wardrobe which also contained the ironing board and spare pillows - good job we only stayed 3 nights! My 16 year old son was bowled over as soon as he saw the big screen tv. We were totally impressed with the accomodations. The beds were comfortable, the closet was roomy and the safe was appreciated. Even though we didn't cook during our stay, it was nice knowing that we could have if we wanted to. We did use the refrigerator and tv. If we would have stayed longer, we were happy to see that there was a washer/dryer should we need it. I don't think I have ever seen a hotel room with a dishwasher...very cool. I loved the big bathtub and loved the way the electricity would go off when we left our room. I would absolutely recomend Premier Suites Dublin, Stephen's Hall. ##### T
