Stylish and spacious home in a quiet enclave just minutes from Monkstown Village. Features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright open-plan living area, sleek kitchen with Miele appliances, private garden, and parking for two cars. Walking distance to shops, cafés, DART, and bus routes—ideal for families or professionals on short and longer stays.  
  
The Space:  
  
The ground floor features a bright open-plan living and dining area with large, comfy couches, a reading chair, books, and a reading lamp—ideal for relaxing. French doors lead out to a private, south-east facing garden, perfect for morning coffee or al-fresco dining. A sleek galley kitchen with floor-to-ceiling storage and top-of-the-line Miele appliances is tucked away behind a concealed sliding door. Theres also a WC on the ground floor.  
  
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one single room at the front and two doubles overlooking the garden, including a master with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). There’s also a family bathroom on this level with bath, toilet and dedicated shower cubicle.  
  
The property includes two private parking spaces and is tucked away in the quiet and exclusive enclave of Monkstown Castle, just off Monkstown Avenue.  
  
A five-minute walk brings you to charming Monkstown Village, with its mix of Victorian charm, artisan shops, cafés, and acclaimed restaurants. Excellent transport links include the Salthill DART station, Dublin Bus, and the Aircoach to the airport.
