The Space:
This 2-bedroom self-contained house will provide you with a home away from home for the duration of your stay. Cosy furniture, an abundance of free space, and unique architectural features will provide you with a comfy atmosphere and a lovely place to relax during your time off work. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, meaning whatever your desired sleeping arrangements, they’ll be catered to here. A slick, modern bathroom features both a shower and a bath. Whether you need to freshen up in a hurry before heading out the door, or you’re looking to luxuriate in a hot bath, letting the weekend relaxation sink in, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. Convenience-wise, a fully-equipped kitchen, flatscreen TV, and WiFi access, along with plenty of room, mean that the more practical aspects of living are made as streamlined and easy as possible.

The N11 main roadway is 12 minutes by car, allowing you to traverse the length of Leinster with ease.
The M50 motorway is just a 15 minute drive away, giving quick access to roads spread all across the country.
Dublin City Centre is 40 minutes by car, and 1 hour and 20 minutes using public transport - a handy commute.
If your work takes you to a more southerly location, such as Sandyford Business Park, you’ll be looking at a 12-minute commute by car, or a 30-minute commute using public transport.
The airport is reachable with just 2 busses, which will leave you within 10 minutes of your home.
All in all, this location is perfect for Dublin and Wicklow working locations.
