### Cozy 3BR/2BA Family Retreat in Driggs

Unwind in this stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the desirable Creekside Meadows neighborhood of Driggs. Enjoy a bright, open-concept living space with modern decor, a cozy fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax on the inviting front porch after you explore Grand Targhee, the nearby national parks, or the local trails. Perfect for families or couples, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and access to outdoor adventures, all in a serene neighborhood setting!  
  
This home is located in the Creekside Meadows neighborhood. Our local HOA has a list of rules and regulations — you are required to adhere to these rules throughout your stay.  
  
1\. PARKING   
\- Street parking is not allowed  
\- All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway  
\- Cars parked in the street may be towed away by the City   
  
2\. PETS   
\- No pets allowed at this home  
  
3\. QUIET HOURS   
\- 10 pm to 7 am   
  
4\. USE OF SNOWMOBILES, DIRT BIKES & ATVs PROHIBITED   
  
5\. OUTSIDE FIRES PROHIBITED   
\- Absolutely no fires or fire pits in picnic area or creek bottom areas.  
  
6\. OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED   
\- No noxious, annoying, offensive, or illegal activities are allowed.  
  
7\. TRASH   
\- Garbage trucks are in the neighborhood after 10 am on Thursday.   
\-Trash cans cannot be left on the street overnight   
  
8\. WILDLIFE PROTECTION   
\- Dogs must be on a leash  
\- No hunting or shooting of gun  
\- No feeding of wildlife  
\- Catch-and-release fishing only  
\- Fishing not allowed on Teton Creek until July 1, per Idaho F&G regulations   
  
This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers plenty of space for families or small groups to relax and enjoy the beauty of Driggs. The cozy living area is perfect for gathering together, featuring inviting seating and a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, which you can enjoy indoors or on the charming back porch.  
  
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful and restful stay:  
 • Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en suite bathroom  
 • Bedroom 2: Queen bed with window to backyard  
 • Bedroom 3: Queen bed with window to side yard  
  
Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, complete with a propane grill — ideal for casual cookouts under the stars. The yard offers a quiet, comfortable space for relaxing, dining, or letting the kids enjoy some outdoor time.  
  
This home is just a quick drive to Grand Targhee Resort — your year-round destination for world-class skiing and snowboarding in winter, plus scenic hiking and mountain biking during the warmer seasons. The town of Driggs offers small-town charm with a friendly community, unique local shops, delicious dining options, and a rich blend of Western culture and hospitality.  
  
20 minutes → Grand Targhee Resort  
1 hour → Jackson, WY  
1 hour, 15 minutes → Grand Teton National Park  
1 hour, 45 minutes → Yellowstone National Park  
  
Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide!
