« 2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。 »

« Information de check-in reçue tardivement, je n'ai pu accéder à l'appartement qu'à 20h40, tout se fait en ligne, ou via whatsapp et encore il a finalement fallu que j'appel une hotline à l'autre bout du pays. Aucun contact sur place. Si vous n'avez pas internet à l'étranger, pas de chance :( Très propre et bien aménagé mais très froid à tous les sens du terme: chauffage minimal, décoration et aménagement simplistes. Toutes les économies sont bonnes. »

« C’est un établissement idéalement situé, quasi sur la place principale de la ville et de très grand standing. On ne peut que le recommander ! Le seul bémol, la taxe sur l’animal de compagnie est trop élevée.. Dresde, malgré qu’elle fut une ville martyre pendant la seconde guerre mondiale, est magnifique en son centre historique. »

« Everything was fine, super clean, easy arrival, apartment is very comfortable. The only thing is that we were surprised to have to pay a supplement upon arrival for the bed sheets and towels. Maybe they should adjust the price to include it. Overall, we highly recommend this place. »
