"The rooms are okay and they are perfect for the price. However, the host did not tell us we would be sharing the house with other guests abs this caused a startle with those we found in the house already. The gyser was not working and this was on a 9degree Celsius weather where we had to take a night and morning cold shower. Supper was a disaster: upon arriving at 7pm, we were told there’s no food as they had hosted a group of people earlier and couldn’t cater for us. We managed to get...

The chalet was perfect with its own braai (BBQ) outside and all the amenities required for a proper self catering experience. Would definitely stay there again as it about a 15 minute scenic drive to Clarens."

"This was my second stay here and the staff made the stay perfect. They were, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and so accommodating. The room floors could do with a scrub as well as washing and tidying up the curtains. Other than that everything else was perfect. Washroom facilities were spot on but shower floor corners need a clean. What we took away...the beautiful staff. They are your best assets there. Then comes the views. Thank you Emma and Team"

"This place is a small piece of heaven! Great service from all staff right from the very beginning. Before arrival - Comms were timely and accurate and helpful. The meals provided were great (especially the Oxtail stew! 😋) and delivered to your individual lodge. The situation of the lodge is beautiful - wherever you look the scenery transfixes you. Ideally placed for a trip over the Sani Pass and the ability to get close to nature with the resident game herds is second to none. Simply a superb place."
