This was our first time staying on Fremont Street and it was fantastic! The Golden Nugget was THE perfect place to stay! Desiree, who checked us in for the Rush Tower, was a delight! The process was so easy and pleasant. It was so nice to have an actual person, as opposed to some hotels on the strip. The room was beautiful, spacious and updated. The location was perfect, the pool was gorgeous, the food was exceptional. We will stay there again and I highly recommend!

The staff was friendly before we said we didn’t want to upgrade our room. Our room had no fridge, no microwave and a rusted tub. The “upgraded room” was to get a fridge and microwave. I’ve stayed at motels with better accommodations and friendlier staff. They originally canceled our reservation all together because we didn’t check in our first day, IT WAS PAID FOR.. it wasn’t like I just reserved the room.

I did not like how house keeping needed to be request despite it being “automatically” given upon the 4th night which did not happen. Other than that, clean room, simple place to stay.

I didn't like about that there's no complimentry breakfast after paying a heavy resort fee. Ethernet ports don't work. Poor wifi, slow speed and signal. Hard to find parking and that's not the worst part, I've seen cars have been broken into, thank goodness I wasn't affected.

The doors close extremely hard and basically slam so anyone closing their door in the middle of the night wakes up the entire floor. Tv & tv remote hardly worked at all. Otherwise place was clean, nice, and comfortable

We upgraded our room for 30.00 per night and the staff said that would come with a view and 55 inch tv. Our window didn’t even open and our tv was a basic 32 inch. My bathtub didn’t drain either and house keeping was in my room when I never asked for services.

Issue with toilet took 4 phone calls and had to walk down to talk to front desk. Found out that the 4 phone calls were not noted. Was able to get a new room and gave us a $50 credit for food. Thank you to Dee at the front desk who helped us so we could get a room and some rest.

This is a great property perfect for the Fremont Street experience. Awesome pool great restaurants. Staff is great. It’s a bit noisy because of Fremont Street but that’s what we went there for be prepared to get hassled by Hilton employees inside the Golden Nugget. They want you to buy into a timeshare and they won’t leave you alone. Overall, I recommend staying here if you want the downtown location.

Around the property were a lot of homeless digging through trash. I also reserved a room with 2 beds and when I checked in they assigned me a room with one. So I had to go back to reception and ask for the correct room, they said it was an upcharge for this. Not the way to do business, but because there was a big event going on they were upcharging

Waited 45 minutes in line to check in and then went up to a dirty room, garbage dirty beds dirty towels and trash everywhere. Was then told I had to go and wait in line again or they couldn’t accommodate me. Next room was passably clean but stains on walls hair in shower very frustrating. Didn’t receive our complimentary water coffee and tea felt like they were just shoving us into something rushed. overall very lackluster stay, this time around stayed here a handful of times before and was impressed. Bummer for the price we paid.

The bed was very comfy and accommodations were great. But, the first night there someone stole my phone with our IDs in there. The hotel was NO help! Not to mention, they let prostitutes and their pimps hang out in the casino. Felt unsafe
