"The room was comfortable and clean. Missing a few things. No dishwasher detergent and could have used a short step stool to retrieve dishes that were in a cupboard above the sink. I am a short person so this may not be an issue for someone taller. Since we visited during the off season we were expecting a little better deal. The room was reasonably priced but the additional charges from the Westin just about doubled the cost of the room. Knowing this we would plan accordingly for any future stays. Reed was very helpful and responsive to questions I had. And the location is terrific. "

"We use this property to make sure our field employees have a place to stay when they’re working in Vail. They like it and it’s comfortable. And the breakfast seems to be pretty good. Unfortunately the front desk lost one of the names on the reservation, we had a little bit of a kerfuffle trying to get one team checked in."

"Staff was nice and accommodating. Great location with access to restaurants and shuttles for rides to different mountains. Suites were spacious and great (family said it was their favorite room). Enjoyed the pool table and saw others using the grills for meals, which was a great idea. Wish you didn’t have to pay extra for parking, but was easy to get the car when needed. Would be nice if had a pool, but the hot tub was a good size. "

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "
