We wanted a place that was a short distance from Lava, had plenty of sleeping accomodations, big eating/dining area with a full kitchen, comfortable furniture for kicking back, and a quiet shady site with plenty of room and a firepit. "We had a nice time at this location. We spent a good amount of time in the yard and deck. Our grandkids especially liked the playground set. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group. We were disappointed with the bathroom situation. The basement bathroom is very small and you have to enter the sleeping area to get to the bathroom. The kitchen had what we needed but it is very small. We enjoyed eating outside on the large table on the deck. The beds were average. Some were better than others....

"We loved our time here. The house was perfect for our needs and the size of our family! We especially loved the yard with the wild animals coming in to visit each day. The house was clean, the yard is immaculate. It was a little ways from Lava Hot Springs, but not too far. We liked being by ourselves up on the hillside! I would highly recommend a stay here"

"The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing."

I was so excited to find the Bins, because they looked so unique on the app. When we arrived, I was so happy to discover they were even nicer and cleaner than the images.
