« A cozy little place, loved that it was pet friendly! »

« So the cleanliness of this place was not good. The pictures are deceiving …bare minimum done to prep for a guest to stay. There was dirty clothes under the bed and used soap in the bathroom. Dead spiders under the bed and cobwebs. There were a few live ones in the web. Centipedes were crawling around on the floor. The living room couch was very dirty…Right outside the cabin window they hired construction workers to dig up the yard to lay pipe drainage….. This was alarming and very loud… it was...

« This was just the perfect place to reset. The owner is very responsive. One of the best things was the lightning bugs at night. The dome is nice and clean. All the extras, like card games and outdoor games was very thoughtful. »

« Beautifully furnished cabin! Super cozy with everything you need for a romantic getaway! Property is really quiet and peaceful! The back deck was a relaxing place to read and play card games. Loved staying here while we explored Rock Island State Park and Burgess Falls State Park! »

« Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure. »

« Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions. »

« Beautiful cabin and location. Great views and a sunset pavilion to walk to. Very comfortable and pet friendly. Slightly out of the way and quiet. TVs in bedroom and living room. Kitchen is nice with all the amenities. The only issue was the wifi, which didn’t work for the first day and my personal devices struggled to connect to even after it was fixed. »

« Deuxième séjour à cet endroit. Accueil chaleureux, le proprio nous a reconnu dès notre arrivée! Nous avons eu la même chambre que lors du premier séjour. Chambre propre et confortable. L'endroit permet de s'immerger dans l'esprit de la route 66 en profitant de la proximité de la ville de Carthage. »
