"The staff was super friendly and helpful, but I imagine they have to be to combat guests at their desk every few minutes for an issue. Every time I passed the desk or had to stand there myself I overheard issues. Our first night checking in was late at night after a long commute and discovered the room smelled of mildew, the locked door wasn’t secure, and the fridge was broken so unfortunately all the groceries we brought spoiled. Also discovered the cabinet covering the fridge and microwave was broken, blinds were broken, sofa bed was broken and plugs didn’t work. All these issues on top of single time we left our room for more than 30 mins the door key wouldn’t work. I overheard numerous guests with the same issue. The hotel needs a good overhaul of it’s rooms and while the lobby is deceiving by how nice and kept it looks, the rooms look nothing alike. While the staff was friendly and patient - I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is behind a strip mall, the rooms are old, and they clean only every 3 days and even that only included emptying the trash and adding towels - nothing else."

"This property is unfortunately very dated, that isn’t immediately obvious from the pictures. Also, we were charged for a daily parking fee, this should have been noted at reservation time since the amount disclosed said includes all fees and taxes. "

"Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed."
