"The property is nice, the staff was fine, food was good. The coffee machine didn’t work, they offered to switch room, but I rejected it. In general nice facility, big pool and the location is close to the Tampa airport."

"The hotel is situated in a decent location, but my primary issues stemmed from the room's hygiene. The service was abysmal; they wouldn't change the linens. I even dispatched an email through their site, but they lacked the civility to respond. Five days on, I await a reply or some recompense."

"We arrived at 1:30pm and were asked to wait since check in was not until 3pm. When we went back at 4pm we were made to wait until 5:30pm since as per staff they were short housekeepers and required more time. As well even though we tried checking in at 1:30pm and left since no rooms were available other guests that came after us were checked in before us. Be advised the room had a strong smell of Marijuana. So I would definitely not recommend. "
