"Buen precio, sin embargo el segundo piso está descuidado, puertas viejas, alfombras percudidas. La habitación estaba amueblada bien pero con muebles viejos, puerta del baño no abría bien. El detector de humo tenía una luz intermitente que de noche no dejaba dormir, las cortinas no son blackout completamente. El internet es muy bueno, la temperatura de la ducha muy buena y aire muy buen y tiene un armario bastante amplio y posee una pequeña cocina (sin estufa) con microondas y nevera muy buena. La piscina está hermosa y la playa también."

"The home was clean, the property was beautiful, and the amazing view of the golf area was definitely a highlight. Access to the resort and amenities was great once everything was set up. However, initially gaining resort access was an issue due to poor communication. Even though I had submitted the requested names for each guest prior to our arrival, there were still problems with the process. Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable.The owner was initially presented as the main point of contact, but I was later informed that there was also a property manager. Unfortunately, communication throughout the stay was poor, which negatively impacted our overall experience.We paid for use of the resort, but there was very little communication regarding the process and expectations. At the end of our visit, we were advised that the daily resort deposit charge (500 per day) would be refunded for any unused amount. After not hearing anything for over 30 days, I had to reach out regarding the refund that was due to me.Due to the lack of communication and the issues surrounding the refund process, we will not be booking this property again."

"The only negative is that the AC unit in the main bedroom is very loud when it kicks on. Otherwise, it is a great place with great owners. The location is exceptionally good with a short walk to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. We'd stay here again for sure."

"We had an amazing stay at the Capri Beach House—truly even better than the photos. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6–16), and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather.The outdoor setup was a highlight..the pool and pickleball court kept the kids entertained for hours, and the easy walk to the beach made it feel like our own private getaway. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals at home, which we loved.The hosts were wonderful!!! Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal as well…peaceful and private, but still an easy drive to explore other parts of the island.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it for families or groups!"
