I told one of them that the toilet in my room has unpleasant smell on my way out, and she immediately worked on it. The smell was gone after I return to the room in the evening. The water temperature was also not consistence, sometimes you get only warm water at most, however the water pressure is good though. The buffet spread for breakfast is not great but acceptable, unfortunately the spread for dinner is disappointing, and the hot dishes are not refilled nor remotely hot at all, unless you try the live-cooking station. I would expected a better standard for an Accor Hotel."

"It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible! I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!"
