The reception staff was very slow, but that happens very often in China. The restaurant's evening buffet and breakfast catered well for the Asian guests, but was really not for my Northern European taste. Also the ingredients didn't seem that fresh and there were not enough options for vegetarian diet. My room carpet got wet after taking a bath, and I don't even know how it is possible because there is a wall in between. The carpet looked damaged.
