« We were very surprise of the quality of the location for the price that we paid. For us it the last time that we are renting this location. A men from the water department in Charlottetown came up the first day of location to stop the main entry of the location because the taxes have not been paid. « Great location, spacious and comfortable. We didn't realize there were stairs up to the property, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Owner let us store our bikes in a shed so we didn't have to worry about them. Would recommend. »
