"Tara View Apartments is a peaceful, beautiful property. The staff are helpful and congenial. The accommodations are shockingly good for such an economic option. Public transit and taxis are hard to come by, so car hire is recommended. That provided, there couldnt be a better place to stay in County Meath unless one absolutely must be able to get to the city by foot or bus."

"What a gorgeous, cozy cottage! It would be rhe perfect place to curl up in for the winter. It's also close to Dublin airport and a relatively easy connection to downtown Dublin with the DART train in Malahide. The owner went out if his way to make our stay comfortable and he welcomed us when we arrived"

"Mark the property manager was an absolute delight. He would help us with any questions we had. We checked in late to our house and he left his number for us to contact him. He even brought croissants and coffee to us the next morning. The only downside is that it is far away from stores and town. We had to taxi into Swords to catch a train or bus."

They have 2 sheep on the property (gated away) that we passed by on our walk through the woods (watch out for pesky nettle in Ireland)! "The Grooms Cottage was a rustic wonderful stay. It is in the country but really not far from shops. Having only 1 bathroom was a little difficult in the morning with 5 adults but they are working on an upstairs one, it just wasn't ready for our stay. I definitely would come back to the Grooms Cottage!"
