"The house was nice but the rotting Seaweed all over the beach made the stay less than desirable. No fault of the owners or house. We picked the wrong time of year. Smelled like rotten eggs and two of us got bad rashes from the water. Totally our fault for not doing better Reasearch. House was nice just wrong time of year."

"The room was outstanding. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We were on the same floor as the entertainment/bar, but the noise was minimal and stopped at a reasonable hour. Parking was convenient too. The staff on the front desk were always kind. The house cat, Wilma, is awesome. If there was any room for improvement would be to regularly check the espresso machine. Ours had issues. A K-cup type coffee maker would have been preferred and should be easier to maintain. But there is a small store on the property that had good coffee. Overall, I would highly recommend this location. Very convenient to the Keys whether West or East."

"From the moment we turned into the lush driveway, we knew we chose the perfect location for our vacation! The property is stunning, the accommodations are just as described and the hosts are so incredibly lovely, responsive and helpful. We have taken many trips to the Keys which have all been wonderful, but this week together at this property easily topped our list as a favorite. The views, relaxation and feeling of instant peace at this location can’t be beat! We hope absolutely be back to visit again soon and look forward to many more sunsets and memories at this location. Thanks for helping us make really incredible family memories! "

"The view this house has is absolutely stunning! I could stare at the water for hours. All the different blues and greens.The house could use a little TLC but honestly I'm there to enjoy the gorgeous water. The pool needs some painting but nothing that hinders your experience.The house is large and roomy!The beds are extremely comfortable and so is the couch in the living room after a busy days in the Keys ,that's a plus! I walk every morning and the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful.Honestly we had a wonderful time and can't say enough about the View!We sat at the dock every night for sunsets and saw dolphins, sharks, manatees, lots of fish and turtles. Absolutely breathtakingWe had a blast! Blessed to have a beautiful week of weather as well!Frank is very communicative and friendly All in all a great experience"

"House is in a great location. House was clean, Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is starting to show some wear and tear. Very low water pressure in the showers. Outdoor furniture needs fixed, lots of chairs are broken. Pool was great. House needs and outdoor kitchen area. Beach/water is not useable as mentioned in the description however there is a smell by the water at low tide. House offers beautiful sunrise pictures. Overall we had a great vacation but like the gulf side much better."
