We were there over Spring Break with our teenage sons. House was great with 3 bedrooms so no one had to share. Plenty of other rooms to spread out and large yard. Looks like a real ranch. Food could be better. Served mushy frozen chopped broccoli. Our cabin was not level in bathroom; could be hazardous. Campfire, s’mores and Singing Cowboy was great.

Easy location to find in Kingman. Close to enough places to eat. Petrol station next door and a Walmart across the road if you have forgotten anything
