Quiet neighborhood and open range for all sorts of animals walking in the night. A little surprised where the washer and dryer was located on site, but the add did come through and said washer and dryer was one of the amenities. It was a unique experience for that. Our only problem was that we couldn't find the information as to where it exactly was located. it lacked instructions because it is down a dirt road. took us maybe 30 minutes of Geo tracking to find this location. The house is between both the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon West. The town is small and has just a few restaurants and stores so be prepared when you visit this home.
