"Always super clean! Lobby and hallways smell great. On this visit I arrived almost 2 hours before check in time (I was there due to a death in the immediate family and had a foggy brain.) I was allowed to check in early without question. I'm very grateful to the manager for not asking questions because I might have fallen apart right there at the desk.
