"We had a lovely stay at The Peacock Place. Lea & Lori were great communicating info needed. Lori is a wonderful cook! We had the privilege of meeting the owner during our first breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed hearing the history of Eastman and how he acquired the property. Our room was comfortable and spacious."

"Pleasantly surprised by the little Inn. Small, simple Inn from outside, but great size rooms that have been remodeled. Beds were very comfortable, big walk in shower. The lady upfront was very sweet. Very close to the College, so we didn't have to leave early to make our scheduled time."

"The Hope House was so charming, clean and comfortable. Everything needed and more was provided and well appointed in all areas. The property was beautiful and serene with outdoor seating areas, including swings to enjoy the lakeviews and grounds. The house has a sweet screened in porch attached to enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes. We were two couples that stayed there during the Peaches to Beaches event, and Hope House was convenient to shopping and dining, though you can certainly make your own meals with everything you need to do so, and it was a relaxing place to come back to each day. Brenda was prompt and gracious with communicating with us and she even checked with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again when we need a place to stay in the area or just for a getaway. "
